WHAT IS THE FRINGE FESTIVAL?
The Fringe Festival is an independent music and arts festival running alongside Marsden Jazz Festival, giving an opportunity for all local businesses to host events. The festival is funded entirely by generous donations from local businneses and people. You can find out more about our fundrasing here.

FRIDAY 6TH OCTOBER
2pm Sass Wellbeing Studio & Coffee House Dylan Brierley – Singer, guitarist & songwriter playing covers and original tunes.
5.45pm Hanson Music Marquee WGSF Big Band – and outstanding Big Band full of youthful energy.
6pm Zapato Brewery Open deck night
6pm The Railway Inn Scott Wainwright – Promoted by Huddersfield Blues Club
6pm Katie’s Homemade Kitchen Love music, Hate racism – drum’n‘bass, hip hop, rap, soul and dub.
7pm Hanson Music Marquee Simon’s Jazz Collective – full 25 piece Big Band playing standards Latin and more.
7pm Mechanics Hall Easy stride band / Deadbeat Brass TICKETS £10
8pm The Shakespeare Days of Riot – Local rock band playing all your favourite tracks
8.30pm Hanson Music Marquee Mustard County Band – Americana & Country band – bring your cowboy hat and park your horse outside.
9pm The Railway Inn Crosscut Saw – Promoted by Huddersfield Blues Club
